Project team  Amaury Amaury Tilmant (PhD, MSc) is Water Resources Management Expert at UNESCO-IHE (Department of Management and Institutions). He has over 8 years of scientific research and consulting experience in water resources systems analysis in Europe, the Middle-East, Africa and South-America. This work was carried out for research institutions and utilities.
 Didrik Didrik Pinte (MSc), free-lance consultant at Dipole Consulting. He has 5 years experience in software programming and environmental data management techniques.
PhD student associated with the project
 Quentin Quentin Goor (MSc) is teaching assistant at the Université catholique de Louvain (Department of Environmental Sciences and Land Use Planning) in courses such as Integrated Water Ressources Management, Hydrology, Hydraulics, Irrigation, ... Since January 2006, Quentin is carrying out his doctoral research on the water-energy nexus and its' impact on water allocation policies in the Incomati river basin (Mozambique, Swaziland, South-Africa). This research investigates the interdependance between water and energy in a river basin where energy demands on water are significant (cooling, production of biofuels, hydropower generation)
